Acknowledgements

The company we've chosen for our research project is Shake Shack. As part of our investigation, we are required to stay in contact with a Management Information Systems (MIS) manager. To facilitate this, our team reached out to Joshua Enriquez, the General Manager at Shake Shack in Hoboken, as well as the company's New Jersey food trucks. Mr. Enriquez has graciously agreed to support our project by participating in an interview and providing valuable insights into Shake Shack's information systems.

Joshua graduated from Penn State University in 2012, after which he began an internship in Human Resources. Over the years, he has held various general manager positions before joining Shake Shack nearly 9 years ago. His extensive experience and leadership have been integral to his success at Shake Shack.
